Nzxt cam not detecting kraken.

Hallo NZXT community, I just finished my build and am "pumped" :P about my new x62! It is working, the fans are running, and the cooling is great - BUT. I can not seem to get it to show up in the newest CAM software ( I have clicked on "install Kraken drivers" ) within the NZXT driver window but it just does not seem to change anything after that.This means two thing. For one, they aren't compatible with motherboard controls. For two, you have RGB with NZXT CAM and going through pump. Check you manual for more details. You should be daisy-chaining fans and then connecting them to pump, then pump with USB to mobo.Kraken X63 fans and fan rpms don't show up in cam. So the spot where the fan/rpm would be in CAM under "cooling" tab is just a blank. Doesn't report 0 or anything , it's just not there. Just recently put together a build and my kraken z63 isn't showing up in the lighting tab for CAM. Additionally, the temp on the screen seems very off from what CAM is telling me my CPU temp is (for example CAM says cpu is 45C while LCD says 30C). On my system, CPU CCD1 (Tdie) is usually 3-7 degrees cooler than CPU (Tctl/Tdie). Unplug the USB-C cable from the NZXT. Then, shutdown your computer. Don't do a restart. Restart your computer without the USB-C cable. You should see the content again. Plug back the USB-C cable.

I've got the same issue. I tried to find the "Report an Issue" option but it was not present in the app. My conditions are identical. GTAV - RTX 2070 Super - 0% GPU usage. CPU, Network, and all other monitors are showing correctly.
